Our topic for TALKSHOPS 004 is Multi Faceted & Balance. We will look at what it takes to develop and balance multiple skills in order to successfully further your business.
Our panel of speakers is made up of those who have successfully been able to create multiple business ventures and who harness a combination of creative skills (example: artist & musician).
We will also explore how to maintain and find balance between running multiple business/s, business life and personal life.
Melbourne based musician and visual based artists that has toured his music and exhibited his art all around Australia and abroad.
As the front man to his band Iron Mind, his been able to tour with his band around the US performing to sold out crowds. Alongside his music, Sam is an artist. His work has been displayed in art galleries such as aMBUSH Gallery, 319 Scholes, 1000 £ Bend Gallery and RVCA Corner Gallery.

Founders of Hillvale, an independent photo lab started in Brunswick 2013. Paying close attention to service, welcoming staff and a creative environment have all contributed to the growth of Hillvale.
Today Hillvale has developed over 25,000 rolls from people all around Australia and overseas. They also offer various drop-off points in Melbourne at places such as 1000 £ Bend and FilmNeverDie.com. Hillvale has become a destination point for all photographers and creatives shooting film.
Founder of Melbourne based management, events company and record label Wondercore Island. They are responsible for great acts such as Hiatus Kaiyote, Oscar Key Sung, Jaala, Groeni, LOSSLESS and Jazz Party.
Alongside artist management his been able to collaborate with global brands such as Boiler Room, Red Bull Music Academy, Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Strawberry Fields and Melbourne Fashion Festival putting on truly memorable events.
Prior to his work with AIAIAI headphones, Caine was one of Melbourne's early pioneer brand agent. Over the course of his time as a brand agent he introduced great brands such as Norse Projects, Han Kjøbenhavn and Stilllife NYC to Australians.
Opening his first store Heist (circa 2000) on Little Latrobe Street in Melbourne, Caine needed a space that acted as a showroom and office with a retail space that presented the brands he distributed and sold in a respectful way that was true to the brands image. At the time, Heist was one of the early stores to introduce and sell brands like CrooksnCastles, LRG Clothing, Orisue Clothing, Levi's (Japan) alongside many more local and international brands.
